About Marwan

Marwan Nasry is the business lead in health care at Publicis Groupe and worked at the biopharmaceutical company Pfizer during the Covid-19 pandemic. He has received multiple awards for his work in healthcare, including the Pfizer Global President Award and the Global Commercial Excellence Award.

With more than 20 years of experience in the healthcare industry, Marwan is from Egypt but has found opportunities to work and live abroad throughout his education and career and now works in the UAE. Working for Pfizer during the pandemic was hectic, but Marwan takes pride in the effectiveness and speed with which the company responded to the situation's demands.

By studying an MBA with the University of Wolverhampton in 2016, Marwan says he developed his skills in people management, teamwork, and negotiation, as well as experiencing networking "at the highest level". He says he is passionate about driving results that improve patients' lives, and recommends basing leadership principles on trust, equity, inclusion and recognising the importance of personal values.
